Customizing Open-Source Chat: To address the limitations of pre-built solutions, we utilized the source code provided by a chat SDK. Our team meticulously modified it to meet the client's specific requirements. This approach delivered a familiar chat experience similar to popular messaging platforms while staying within budget.
